By using Deskburn ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Deskburn is operated by Frequency AI Ltd, trading as Cashew Crate (company no. 16990328), registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
2. Description of Service
Deskburn is a web-based Pomodoro focus timer that saves your session history locally in your browser. The free tier stores data in localStorage. Pro features may sync data via our backend service.
3. User Accounts
Account creation is optional. Free features work without an account. Pro features require authentication through our shared auth service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed through Polar. You can cancel anytime from your account page — access continues until the end of the billing period. Prices shown exclude applicable taxes.
5. Refunds

6. Data and Privacy
Free tier data is stored entirely in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, including localStorage being cleared by the browser. We recommend Pro users sign in so data can be recovered.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
